Once you complete the purchase you will getting E-Tickets to your registered email, those attractions don’t have e-tickets you need to collect from our Collection office situated at #09-09/10 City Square Mall -180 Kitchener road, Singapore (collection time and date will be informed you by email).
Ticket delivery services to your location in Singapore will be done withdelivery charges.
If you are using our transport services, we will be handling over the tickets upon your pick up itself.
A. You can use credit/debt cards / or you can load credits to your ApolloGO account by Transferring payments to your preferred local bank account. You can make payments in INDIA / MALAYSIA / SINGAPORE / THAILAND.

A. No partial redemption at each attraction is allowed. Once the confirmation code is scanned at a particular attraction, you would have to redeem all the tickets for that particular attraction.
If you are planning to go on separate days to a particular attraction, kindly make separate purchases for each of the days.
