Below are some common questions about the ApolloGO.net system.

A. ApolloGO.net is a purely cloud-based platform. No specialized hardware is required. You can access it using any PCs or Mobile phones.
A. Yes, ApolloGO provides free Online training for your staffs to learn how to use the system.
A. Yes ApolloGO is an online system Launched by Apollo Asia Holidays Pte Ltd Singapore, we have our own fleets and Attraction Ticket stocks catering re-sellers globally.
A. With e-tickets&Transfer coupons your customers will get the desired ground services in few clicks with direct supplier’s rates.

A. Once you complete the purchase you will getting E-Tickets to your registered email, those attractions don’t have e-tickets you need to collect from our Collection office situated at #09-09/10 City Square Mall -180 Kitchener road, Singapore (collection time and date will be informed you by email). Ticket delivery services to your location in Singapore will be done withdelivery charges. If you are using our transport services, we will be handling over the tickets upon your pick up itself.
A. Once your purchase if successful as per the pick-up details you have given while booking, the driver will be displaying the Booking Name at pick up points mentioned in the voucher.
A. If booking is with in 24 hrs you need to contact us, if it is beyond 24 hrs you can live purchase from system.
A. You can use credit/debt cards / or you can load credits to your ApolloGO account by Transferring payments to your preferred local bank account. You can make payments in INDIA / MALAYSIA / SINGAPORE / THAILAND.
A. Services sold are non-refundable.
A. Confirmation codes are strictly non-extendable in validity.
A. What happens if I did not receive a confirmation email after purchase?
A. Do check you spam or junk mail. If it is still not there, please email us at apollogo1@apolloholidays.net to resend the confirmation email to you. Please provide us with your full name and your email address used when buying the services.
A. The validity varies – Please check the conditions and valid of each ticket prior to purchase.
A. No partial redemption at each attraction is allowed. Once the confirmation code is scanned at a particular attraction, you would have to redeem all the tickets for that particular attraction. If you are planning to go on separate days to a particular attraction, kindly make separate purchases for each of the days.
